Hey Designers! I'm Shanice Mckinney, 

Master Wig Instructor at the Academy of Wig Design. Many of you may know of me by many of the beautiful creations I have designed for The Nirene Collection. I want you to know I have been a full time wig designer for a little over 2 years now. Yes only 2 years and I was able to take what was once new to me to something beyond what I could imagine. After having taken many hours of experiencing many trials and errors I finally came up with the perfect glueless wig construction and color techniques that gears the best results. Not only am I sharing with you all the strategies, techniques and keys that has helped my business grow my wig designs to where they are today but I believe that what we offer in the Wig Design Academy will open you up to the many other possibilities you are capable of designing!! Wig Designing has done more for me than just bringing confidence to many women all over the world but it has also given me the privilege to put others in positions to create the life they would love for themselves.
